PATIENT TRANSFER SERVICE

C.M.R. provides you with the same quality of care you would get from the Ministry of Health Service. We utilize reliable and courteous paramedics who are trained and certified to the same standards.

Our vehicles are equipped to the same standards as the Ministry of Health Ambulances providing non urgent patient transport.

At the time of transport, C.M.R. will charge the following fees. The C.M.R. office will issue a receipt for submission to your extended health care plan for reimbursement. Payment may be made by , Visa or Cheque with identification

However we can make other arrangements to invoice for payment.

C.M.R. will provide comfortable, timely, scheduled transport to any destination. After time of call we can assure our paramedics will be there within a reasonable time. To make your life easier, you can pre book your transfers as many days in advance as you like. C.M.R. provides professional and friendly service 24 hours a day.

Performance Based Clause: Self-imposed guarantees and penalties for failure to meet timelines. To be negotiated after a three-month trial period and preferred provider agreement reached.

  • Pearson Airport $ 248.00 one-way
  • Monday-Thursday $ 185.00 one-way (24:00 – 07:00)
  • Weekends $ 137.50 one-way (Fri 24:00 – Mon 07:00)
  • Holidays $ 200.00 one-way
  • Treat and Returns Two one-way fares
  • Delay Charges $ 70.00/hour
  • Cancellations Charges $ 85.00 (Only if crew is mobile)
  • Air Transfers Arranged Quoted by dispatcher
  • NO TAX
